[키슬러코리아] Sales Assistant 추천채용

 

 

 

1. Purpose of the Position

 

Sales Assistant of Kistler Korea provides overall support except sales activities.

 

2. Main Tasks

 

- Proceed with KRW order-related tasks:

: Proceed with KRW order-related tasks using SAP (Order, Delivery, Invoice, Purchase order, NCR, etc.)

: Tax invoice issue according to SAP invoice.

: Bidding the prices of products to national institutions and purchasing site companies and check the order sheet and proceed with the forwarding process.

: Safety stock and account receivable management with KIK.

- Overall support:

: Communicate with GCs for the delivery issue etc.

: Responding to the customer's request.

: Discussing orders with Kistler Korea sales.

: Internal controls & operations (Sales performance report by weekly, monthly)

: Additional internal office works.

4. Requirements Profile

 

Bachelor's degree in business administration or international trade at least 3~5 years of administrations or operations working experience.

- Proficiency in SAP or knowledge of other ERP systems.

- Fluent in English speaking and writing skill to communicate with GCs.

- Knowledge in International trading and taxation regulations.

- Need to understand the priority of work process and take care of the work in order.

- Have to be meticulous. There are many things to keep in mind, such as the due date and requests.

- Have to be accurate because it is related to the price.
